Lady Pioneers cruise to 6-0 Win over Holy Family

This Friday, the Lady Pioneers posted their 4th consecutive shutout in a well-played match over Holy Family. FVC came out quick putting four goals in the first half. The Defense dominated their end of the field again, not allowing a single shot on goal. Led by sweeper, Kathryn Dougherty, the team was able to keep the ball in the midfield where midfielders- Macy Houston, Abby Lopez and Jessie Fortunato could control the tempo. Dougherty has tremendous help in both Sophie DeMoss and Bethany Worsham. Both players have quietly gone through this season with outstanding performances, game after game. Consistency is what has led these Pioneers to a 5-1 start.
